At Chopping Up The Rootz, everything I offer from coaching and classes to handmade products is created with deep intention and love. My mission is to guide, uplift, and empower through healing practices, soulful reflection, and sacred tools.
Because each product and service is infused with energy and purpose, this Return & Refund Policy helps protect the integrity of that work while honoring both your investment and my time as a life coach and creator.
Physical Creations (Books, Journals, Affirmation Cards, Jewelry, & Waistbeads)
All sales are FINAL and non-refundable.
Each product is made with sacred intention whether it’s a handcrafted waist bead, herbal remedy, or empowerment journal.
However, I want you to love and fully receive what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Email mysticalrootz@choppinguptherootz.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and your full name. I’ll respond with care and clarity within 3–5 business days.
Please note:
- Due to hygiene and energetic integrity, worn jewelry and herbal products cannot be returned.
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind, energy preferences, or shipping delays beyond my control.
Every product is created with love, intention, and alignment — your understanding helps keep that energy pure.
All digital products, journals, ebooks, workshops, and empowerment programs are non-refundable due to instant access and intellectual property protection.
No refunds on coaching, classes, journals, or downloadable products.
Workshops, Classes & Healing Circles
All class, event, and workshop registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Each class requires preparation, materials, and reserved space in the tribe so we appreciate your understanding that once you register, your spot is held with intention.
If you cannot attend, you may request to apply your payment toward a future session only if notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, pending availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed or shipped. For pre-orders, cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of purchase.
