I'm Mystical Rootz
a free spirit, mother, healer, poet, and alchemist of truth the visionary behind Chopping Up The Rootz.
My journey has been one of fire, healing, and transformation. Through my own path of self-love and rebirth, I learned that silence is not strength truth is.
From that truth, Chopping Up The Rootz was born a sacred space for women and families to unearth buried pain, nurture the soul, and rise in love. Through journaling, storytelling, and community healing, Mystical Rootz guides others to reconnect with their roots and break generational curses with intention and compassion.
Here within Chopping Up The Rootz, we don’t just talk we transform.

This sacred space was born from love and rooted in authenticity and divine purpose to heal, empower, and uplift women and communities around the world. We teach others how to alchemize every moment of their lives transforming pain into power and breaking generational curses through love, self-knowledge, and creative expression.
Through Chopping Up The Rootz and A Goddess Love, we combined soul-deep coaching, community nourishment, herbal wisdom, environmental care, and mentorship to cultivate spaces where people can rise, heal, and bloom.
Our offerings extend beyond words we create tools for empowerment such as journals, waist beads, affirmation creations, and herbal knowledge resources, each designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
